Investors must be cautious investing. ThaiBMA have guidelines for posting IC signs
as follows: Determining the meeting date of bondholders' meeting that requires resolution
passed by a majority of not less than 75% in the following matters:
(1) Amendment the redemption date or Payment due date. (2) Reduction, Cancellation or changing the amount owed, interest or payments due in accordance with the debentures. (3) Changing of currency which must be paid in accordance with the debentures. (4) Repayment of debentures by conversion of bonds to other securities. (5) Changing the rules of the bondholders' meeting regarding the quorum and the resolution of the meeting. |
นักลงทุนระมัดระวังการลงทุน ซึ่ง ThaiBMA มีหลักเกณฑ์การขึ้นเครื่องหมาย IC ดังนี้
มีการกำหนดนัดประชุมผู้ถือหุ้นกู้ที่ต้องมีการลงมติโดยคะแนนเสียงข้างมากไม่น้อยกว่า 75% ในเรื่องดังต่อไปนี้ (1) การแก้ไขวันครบกำหนดไถ่ถอนหรือ วันครบกำหนดชำระเงิน (2) การลด ยกเลิก หรือเปลี่ยนแปลงแก้ไขจำนวนเงินที่ค้างชำระ ดอกเบี้ย หรือเงินที่ต้องชำระตามหุ้นกู้ (3) การเปลี่ยนแปลงสกุลเงินตราที่ต้องชำระตามหุ้นกู้ (4) การชำระหนี้หุ้นกู้ด้วยการแปลงสภาพหุ้นกู้เป็นหลักทรัพย์อื่น (5) การเปลี่ยนแปลงหลักเกณฑ์การประชุมผู้ถือหุ้นกู้ในเรื่ององค์ประชุมและมติของที่ประชุม |

1. For Inflation-Linked Bond, all the prices (%) shown are unadjusted clean price (%), all the yields (%) shown are real yield (%). The trading values (THB) are adjusted by inflation.
2. Spread (bp) is Nominal Spread which calculated from spread over government bond (Duration base).
3. Executed represents the last qualified trade data of the security on that day, while Weighted Average Executed reflects the weighted average price of all trades executed during the day.
